CRALEY Group acquire Fibraigua

CRALEY Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed an acquisition of Fibraigua in Spain on March 1st 2018.

 

Fibraigua, based in Barcelona, Spain, was established in 2015 as one of the first CRALEY Group partners specialising in the promotion and installation of our patented Atlantis Hydrotec® solution. Since that time, Fibraigua has successfully installed in excess of 100kms of the product and has built an an excellent reputation as a quality and service.

 

 

Commenting on the completion of the acquisition Andy Harris, Chief Executive of CRALEY Group said

 

"Today marks a significant step in the continued development and success of CRALEY Group. The acquisition of Fibraigua brings a wealth of water industry expertise and experience, creating a team of exceptional individuals".

 

"The immediate expansion to the CRALEY Group team will enable us to manage the many projects that we have in many countries more effectively, as well as seeking new ones".

 

The new combined business, CRALEY Group Europe, based in Vic, Barcelona will be headed up by Joan Vilaseca. Joan has kore than 10 years' experience in the water industry and renewable energy.

 

Previously  Joan was a member of the directive board of 'Aigües Vic Group', and was also the director and leader of Fibraigua's business activities within the holding group. Joan has a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering by UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia) and Master degree in Technology Water Management by UPC, UOC and SUEZ.

 

CRALEY Group have recently announced the arrival of its revolutionary in-pipe asset condition monitoring solution, ISM, which offers pipeline owners the ability to detect leaks in real-time to within a few metres as well as providing communication links and third-party intrusion (TPi) detection.
