In December, CRALEY worked with Generagua, our Mexican in-country partner, and SAPAL, the water company in the city of Leon on a 1KM "short and sweet" installation of fibre into water supply pipe. Despite the short distance, the project wasn't without its challenges but was completed in the planned timeframe.
The CRALEY training engineer worked hard to bring the team up to speed with the installation process and was there to guide them on-site with the fibre deployment.
The project was a successful "point-to-point" communication installation in León which connected a building in Torres Landa with another building in María Dolores. The urban environment in this location is very built up, so deploying fibre via the water pipes was vital in avoiding civil disturbances such as digging up roads.
